Hello MAPS families and community! As we gear up for the new school year, we want to share a glimpse into the ongoing commitment of our incredible staff at MAPS. Throughout August, and indeed all year long, our educators are focused on continuous growth – learning new techniques, refining their skills, and collaborating to bring the best possible education to your children. When our staff grows, our students thrive! We're excited to welcome everyone back for a year filled with learning, innovation, and shared success. #WeAreMAPS

A big thank you to Marcy Cordova, Lindsay Doescher, Hillary Lau, and Megan Sherman for creating this month’s wonderful bulletin boards at Central Office! 📚✨
Their display highlights the incredible work happening in our school libraries and showcases end-of-year data reports. We’re grateful for the dedication and creativity that brings our district’s story to life—one bulletin board at a time!

This school year, we’re excited to share that our dedicated support staff will be participating in the Strengthening Families Program during 4 scheduled MSI days!
The program will provide our staff with valuable tools to strengthen relationships and support student well-being both at school and at home. What’s even more exciting is how this aligns with our Literacy Together initiative! By fostering strong connections with families and students, we’re building a foundation that not only supports emotional health but also encourages a love for learning—especially when it comes to literacy. 📚
Together, we are creating a supportive environment that empowers our students to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. 💙
