Colton Holz has truly hit the ground running as the newly hired Lead Custodian at Merrill High School. Since being promoted from Kate Goodrich Elementary, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership by effectively organizing staff members and streamlining daily operations. His ability to coordinate complex custodial tasks with a clear sense of purpose has significantly improved the efficiency and morale of the entire department.
Beyond his organizational skills, Colton leads by a strong, hands-on example that resonates with his peers.
